Application account deletion

Should you decide at any point to have your application account and associated data deleted, we are here to help.

Choose one of the following methods to request app account deletion:

  • Clicking “Contact Us” from the FIB Home Page to send a secure communication to the bank
  • Log into Online Banking
    • Click Secure Messaging
    • Select Account Inquiry
    • Compose and send a secure message.

Once the user account is removed, you will no longer have access to digital banking. This will not impact your bank accounts, this only applies to the accounts used to access digital products. FIB Digital Banking may archive user data deleted from the system to facilitate account recovery. The archived user data includes information that links the user to their bank account(s) and their personalized settings.  Archived user data cannot be used to access financial accounts or other protected information. Finastra retains this archived data indefinitely for the duration of our business relationship, after which time it is permanently deleted.
