Coming soon, First Independence Bank will address customer security concerns on financial information when doing Internet Banking by introducing MULTI FACTOR AUTHENTICATION (MFA). This extra level of security will assure your financial information is safeguarded. You will continue using your USER ID and PASSWORD along with a picture and pass phrase known only to you. You will also have to change your password periodically. You will be required to enroll in MFA beginning on February 1, 2007.
